Delete your account

A Tasheel account is optional. You can delete it at any time, at no cost, without contacting us first.

In the app

1. Open the Tasheel app.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. If you are browsing as a guest there is no account to delete. Sign in with the Google or Apple account you want to remove.
4. Tap Delete account (below Sign out).
5. Read what will be removed, type the Arabic word حذف, and confirm.

What is deleted

• The account: name, email, Google or Apple user ID, and phone number if you added one.
• Sign-in sessions and tokens.
• Posts you created and their photos, saved items, interests, assistant chats, and service requests tied to the account.
• For Apple users we revoke the Apple refresh token when the Sign in with Apple key is configured on the server. Apple requires this.

A public directory listing you managed is detached from the account and stays listed. Email us if you also want that listing removed. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

Email info@tasheeltech.sy from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days and delete the same data.
